DAEA floats in the space between ambient soundscapes and soundtracks to a game that has yet to be made. The initial idea for the album came from the desire I had to see what happens if I took a step back from the usual heavier material, ditch the layered drums, avoid 'the drop' and focus exclusively on the melodic elements within a song. The result is a 13 track collection borne from my experiences in video games, movies, and as a father.
